Winger Marketing is a full-service communications firm headquartered in downtown Chicago. For over two decades, we have successfully introduced a diverse client roster to the world.
Founded Winger and Associates by Doug and Sherry Winger in 1984, the business represents multi-million dollar clients in industries ranging from real estate to healthcare. Karolyn Raphael joined the firm in 1997 and worked her way toward taking over as president in 2006. With fifteen years of communications and media experience, Karolyn is a proud member of PRSA, the Publicity Club of Chicago, and NAWBO. Winger Marketing is also a certified Woman-Owned Business and is a proud affiliate of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Our expertise includes community and media relations, advertising strategy and execution, design and branding, marketing research and special events.

Strategy: We begin by fully understanding values and business strategy. We then draw upon our experience to recommend and execute effective communications initiatives. Our end goals include maximizing budgets, generating recognition, increasing sales, and building your reputation.
Economics: Winger Marketing operates primarily on a retainer basis. We do not count hours. We simply work until the job is done. As a result, we can be easily integrated into almost every client’s marketing team. Meetings are held on a regular basis and communication is conducted daily. We have helped design entire marketing programs for some clients and brought others from near-obscurity to recognition on a national level.
