Our Team
With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, Natasha Lindor brings a balance of strategy, analytics and creativity to her role as director of client services at Winger Marketing. She believes in solving marketing communications and business challenges by taking the time to understand potential customers and stakeholders. These insights inform powerful strategies to connect with target audiences and drive measurable results.
Prior to joining Winger Marketing, Natasha developed her sales and marketing skills at Colgate-Palmolive and her internal branding expertise as a resident at GolinHarris’ internal communications practice, Insidedge. A member of the Colgate-Palmolive Sales Circle of Excellence and a three-time Hall of Fame winner, Natasha achieved results in various sales and marketing roles including business development, account management and category management. She has extensive experience developing, executing and managing customized consumer programs at regional and national retailers such as Supervalu, Safeway, Kroger, Food 4 Less, Ralphs Grocery, Kmart and Meijer. At Insidedge, Natasha worked on the firm’s business development strategy as well as internal communications projects for Kraft Foods and The Dow Chemical Company. Additionally, Natasha has consulted on integrated marketing communications for companies such as Southwest and USA Today as well as independently owned spas.
Natasha fuels her passion for education and empowering future generations of business and communications leaders by serving as a teaching assistant and guest lecturer for the integrated marketing communications graduate program at Northwestern University’s Medill School. She is also an active member of the Washington University in St. Louis Association of Alumni & Parents Admission Program where she interviews local applicants.
Natasha is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business, where she earned her undergraduate degree in marketing and Spanish and of Northwestern University’s Medill School, where she completed her master’s degree in integrated marketing communications. Her graduate work focused on corporate communications and public relations; direct and interactive marketing; and brand strategy and advertising. She is also a graduate of The WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. Transforming Emerging and Aspiring Managers (TEAM) program. She is a member of the Network of Executive Women (NEW), Delta Sigma Pi, INROADS and the International Spa Association (ISPA).
